I - Intro
How To Be A Good Leader? Is to show young little kids how to do things in the right way.
I - Info (Positive Attitude)
Make sure you have a positive attitude, for example you will always need to be showing a positive attitude, because little kids can be watching you,also copying you at any time, and even if you are having a bad day also think positive, so always stay positive.
I - Info (Listening Effectively)
All Leaders need to be listening effectively, for example in times when we have communication talk we always need to listen effectively to everyone, because we should treat the others what they deserve, by listening we should listen so we know what we are working on, so make sure you listen effectively.
I - Info (Develop Your Leadership)
We will always be needing to develop our leadership skills, for example leaders need to be supporting our pairs, and be there for them if they are struggling,and also support them if they are working on a project,so we should all develop our leader-ship.
