Hi Welcome back to Sauma's going to win the summer learning journey, i'm just joking around with use well I wish, Well for todays task and post is about Batten Earhart Venn Diagram so this is talking about Jean-Batten & Amelia_Earhart, they are a Pilot, and it is a similarity, and similarity means the same thing but not quite the same but similar, they are both females they do not work together they live in the same country I think??. I’m Dani, one of the blog commenters for the Kaikohekohe cluster for the Summer Learning Journey. I have heard some great things about the learners in the Manaiakalani cluster so I thought I would jump on and check out some blog posts.
How are you enjoying the Summer Learning Journey so far? I’m loving it! Well done for creating a Venn Diagram to compare and contrast Jean Batten and Amelia Earhart. I can’t imagine how scary it must have been to fly solo in a plane for those distances. The planes were very different to the planes we have now and I’m glad our planes are safer now. Have you ever been in a plane anywhere? I actually went to Sydney this year in Australia, it was my first time visiting another country. The plane ride was exciting as first but got boring quickly!
As it is the holiday period many of the Summer Learning Journey team are currently away from work and are spending some time with their friends and family. This means that you would get many encouraging comments over this time. We want you to keep blogging and we will comment on as many of your posts as we can when everyone is back at work!

I happened to see your post on Jean Batten and Amelia Earhart, which made me think of another of my heroines: Greta Thunberg. Have you heard of her? She is a teenager with a global following on YouTube and Facebook, but she has some quite different views on flying. Do you think you can work out what her connection is to air travel? I would be interested to know if you agree or not?
